We may enable features such as Demographics and Interests reporting, Remarketing, Google Display Network Impression Reporting, and integrations with campaign managers. The internet is not completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information in transit or at rest. We are not responsible for circumvention of privacy settings or security measures on the Platform.

Addvise Consulting does not sell your Personal Information.

You may access and edit Personal Information in your account at any time. Please update your information promptly if it changes. You may request deletion, though some information (for example, transaction records or support logs) may need to be retained, and residual copies may remain in backups for a limited period.

Third Parties Providing Services on Our Behalf

We use third parties to host the Platform, design and operate features, perform administrative tasks, analytics, messaging, and payment processing. We may disclose information to these companies so they can provide services to us. They are bound by contractual obligations to keep information confidential and use it only for the purposes we specify.

Information from Children

We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose information from children under 16. If we learn we have collected Personal Information from a child under 16, we will delete it as soon as reasonably possible. If you are under 16, do not provide information to us. We are not responsible for the practices employed by websites or services linked to or from the Platform, including the information or content contained therein. This Privacy Notice does not apply to third-party websites or services.

Do Not Track

Some browsers include a “Do Not Track” signal. The Platform does not respond to DNT signals.

• Identifiers such as name, alias, postal address, IP address, email address, account name

• Customer records information such as name, signature, address, telephone number, or payment card details you provide to our processors

• Protected classification characteristics as defined by law (where voluntarily provided)

• Commercial information such as products or services purchased or considered

• Internet or network activity such as interactions with our website or ads

• Geolocation data such as approximate location

• Inferences drawn from other Personal Information such as preferences

Submitting Requests

Only you or an authorized agent may make a verifiable consumer request. We will respond within the time required by law and explain reasons for any denial. You may make a verifiable request for access or portability no more than twice in a 12-month period. We will not discriminate against you for exercising CCPA/CPRA rights.

Shine the Light

California Civil Code § 1798.83 permits users who are California residents to request information regarding disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Submit requests to the email in Section 14.

Your Choices About Information

We may send emails about new products and services that may interest you. If you indicated an interest in receiving offers from us or our partners, we may call or send direct mail about products or services that may be of interest.

If you do not want to receive marketing communications, click the unsubscribe link in such emails or email [email protected]. You may also adjust communication settings in your account.

If you opt out of marketing emails, we may still send non-promotional messages such as account or service notices.
